Joined as a Graduate. Undertook an exploratory project on the potential applications of Machine Learning within our business and contributed to a whitepaper on the topic.
Identified and implemented process improvements as well as cost-savings in the areas of monitoring, security and cloud spending. Provided technical and architectural leadership on a variety of projects, working closely with customers and vendors.

Completed a Masters degree at Bristol Uni and achieved a First Class Honours.
Found a natural inclination towards communications systems and programming - performing strongest in these areas.
For my thesis Subflow Scheduling in Multipath TCP I explored the performance impact that packet scheduling algorithms have on an experimental networking standard. This involved implementing the algorithms in a C++ network simulator and developing tooling to visualise the results.

Lots of experience working with Azure. Familiar with Kubernetes and enjoy working with it. An advocate for (all pillars of) DevOps.
Comfortable with core web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), Node, Less and React. Actively working on improving my coding skills.
Hoping to explore this space more in the future. For the moment, I just read way too much Hacker News.
An interest highly reflected in my degree and thesis.
In my personal time I have established a site-wide LAN for the family hospitality business and am in the process of deploying energy & water monitoring devices for the surrounding farm.
Re-exploring my childhood love for swimming, but without the pool. Can just about handle the cold!
